My unique career in real estate has exposed me to a variety of different facets of the industry.   The common theme is that I’m most energized when I’m working collaboratively with motivated entrepreneurs to build a business.  This is what led me to coaching - I love working with agents to unlock potential and build impactful businesses.

Career Highlights

2004-2010: Began his career and became a top agent in Washington DC.

2010-2014: Built an independent brokerage (Lindsay Reishman Real Estate)

2014-2016: Sold the brokerage to Compass (their first acquisition in a
market outside of New York) and became President for the DC region. Helped
grow Compass to the #1 brokerage in Washington DC.

2016-2021: Partner for development company District Quarters (infill
development company in DC) and The Reishman Group (a top sales team in DC)

2021-2024: Focused on providing ancillary services to agents through
Modern Settlements and Reishman Coaching.
